Background:
During construction, lots of buoyancy testing was done to ensure that the installed PV panels would stay afloat even under extreme weather conditions, including Taiwan's notorious typhoons and earthquakes. Measures were also taken to prevent flooding, regulate peak flow, and build a site with both recreational and professional purposes.
