Francisco J.Gómez joined New Green Power in 2022, and he is mainly responsible include developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating the company's technical resources and ensuring technologies are used efficiently.

Francisco has more than 10 years of technical and construction experience, he has expertise in engineering, procurement, and project management of PV plants at the international level. He was previously working at Concom Taiwan for 5 years as Managing director and at ECE Japan & UNIVERGY for 3 years as EPC director, involved in a 500 MW of PV project (development & construction).

August Shiau joined New Green Power in 2024 and is currently in charge of operation and finance/accounting. August has nearly 20 years of experience in operations and financial management. Prior to joining NGP, August worked at Ally Logistic Property (ALP), where he lead the 3PL service and also lead the group ERP implementation project. August also had worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory, Macquarie Capital and Citibank, where he was involved in M&A transactions, infrastructure investment and corporate financing, etc.

Kent Hu joined New Green Power in 2023 and is currently in charge of EPC operations, public affairs communication, and project licensing management. With over 25 years of experience in renewable energy project management, Kent has accumulated rich expertise in project management.

Prior to joining NGP, Kent served in various capacities at Vena Energy, including as Chief Strategy Officer, spokesperson, and executive director. He also worked at Motech, specializing in solar energy applications. Additionally, he served as the Executive Director of the Taiwan Photovoltaic Industry Association (TPISA), contributing significantly to the industry's development.

Iris Chang joined New Green Power in 2020 and oversees legal and compliance matters. Iris ensures that NGP’s operations and transactions comply with all applicable legal requirements, while providing strategic legal counsel to support the NGP’s business objectives. In her role as Board Secretary, Iris developed NGP’s corporate governance framework and oversees its proper implementation, aligning with best practices.
Prior to joining NGP, Iris was a practicing attorney at Wispro International Business Law Firm, specializing in international antitrust investigations, cross-border patent litigation, standard essential patent licensing agreements, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Bryan Lee joined New Green Power in 2024 and responsible for investment strategy planning, investment evaluation, financing planning execution, asset management, etc. Bryan Lee entered the investment field since 2012 and participated in the investment of solar wafer and solar modules. Since 2013, Bryan Lee began to participate in solar power plant investment and assisted in the establishment of more than 300MW solar power plants for Tatung in Taiwan. He also established the Taiwan branch of hep Energy Gmbh and assisted Leadsun conducts solar power plant development in Taiwan.

Phillip Wang joined New Green Power in 2022 as Project Director, bringing over 20 years of project management expertise. He has efficiently integrated internal and external resources to drive land development and project execution through full life-cycle management, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. With extensive experience in cross-border collaboration and multi-international organization management, he has successfully executed large-scale international engineering projects and power plant developments both domestically and abroad. Prior to joining NGP, he worked at renewable energy platforms under Partners Group and Stonepeak, overseeing over 1GW in project developments. His contributions have greatly improved NGP's project speed and quality.
