Background :
Legislative response to Taiwan's nuclear-free policy includes promoting renewable energy, renting the roof of a hall to install PV panels, and 20 years of contributing to its development. Through these measures, Taiwan's local government officially becomes the world's third green energy congress.
Although limited to a surface area of 545 square meters, this site can produce about 10 million watts of annual power generation, provide for 28 homes, and generate 58 metric tons of annual carbon reduction (equivalent to half of the reduction generated from a popular forest park in Taiwan). Taiwan's green energy is leading the way towards the country's goal for 2025.
The installment capacity of this site is 99 kW and uses 330 highly efficient monocrystalline solar panel modules to improve power generation in northern Taiwan.
